Comments: | Presence in Dutch waters is probably due to transport of eggs by ships. Known from the connected non-tidal, brackish systems of inner harbor of Vlissingen, Kanaal door Walcheren, and Lake Veerse Meer at least until 1990 (Ref. 80052). Also recorded from brackish creek Braakman, Zeeuws-Vlaanderen in 1982 and Den Helder (Ref. 80052). Ref: |
